• Carry a copy or photo of your original passport.
• The trip is suitable for all travelers; however, it is not recommended for pregnant women or individuals with heart problems.
• Maximum of 5 travelers per helicopter flight.
• Above 4,500 m, helicopters cannot take off with more than 3 passengers. Groups of 5 will be shuttled at Pheriche into groups of 3 and 2 before flying to Everest Base Camp.
• After the Everest Base Camp flight, all passengers regroup at Pheriche to continue the return journey together.
• A trip completion certificate will be provided.
• Please share your WhatsApp or Viber number for flight updates and communication.
• Hotel pick-up and drop-off in Kathmandu is included.
• The tour requires stable weather conditions. In case of bad weather, alternative dates will be offered.
• Guaranteed window seat after the shuttle from Pheriche.
• If the flight cannot operate even on the alternative date, or if you choose not to join, a refund will be issued after deducting administrative fees (USD 30 per person).
• If the flight is canceled after airport check-in and rescheduling is not possible for you, the refund will be processed after deducting administrative + transport fees (USD 50 per person).
